Ocean views from the main living area and upstairs bedrooms, a private hot tub, a garage game room with shuffleboard and foosball, and a long dining table for the whole group. Sleeps 13, with an ADA-compliant main level, a fenced backyard and an EV charger. A calm, comfortable base for family trips, group weekends and quiet off-season getaways. Living and dining Open, bright and made for groups. Large windows face the ocean, with plush seating, a Smart TV and an electric fireplace for evenings after the beach. A long dining table seats everyone, so meals, card games and puzzles can share the same space. Kitchen and breakfast The full kitchen has a dishwasher, stove and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker with coffee provided, plus full cookware and dishware. A waffle maker, waffle mix, syrup, sprinkles and chocolate chips are available for guests to make breakfast. Hot tub and outdoors A private hot tub, a fenced backyard and an EV charger in the garage. The beach is across from the home, with trails and Westport's marina a short drive away. Game room The garage game room has shuffleboard and foosball tables, plus Catan, Uno, puzzles and other board games for all ages. Bathrooms Three full bathrooms stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryer and toilet paper. Hot Tub Rules: - Showering: Shower before and after use to remove body oils, perfumes, and other products that can affect water chemistry. - Alcohol & Substances: Do not drink alcohol, take drugs, or use medication while in the hot tub. These can raise body temperature and expand blood vessels, increasing the risk of injury or death. - Maximum Occupancy: Do not exceed the hot tub’s maximum capacity. Safety & Other Guidelines: - No glass in or near the hot tub. - Do not use the hot tub during thunderstorms. - Do not use the hot tub alone. - Do not sit or lie on the cover. - Cover the hot tub after each use. - Keep food and beverages away. - No smoking in or around the hot tub. House Rules: - No shoes inside the house or garage game room—please bring house slippers if desired. - No smoking anywhere on the property, inside or outside. - Firearms are not permitted on the property. - Glitter or confetti is not allowed. - Please refrain from using tape on any surfaces. - Commercial filming or photography is prohibited without prior written approval. Parking Rules: - Park only in the driveway or the right garage bay. - Do not block the sidewalk. - No street parking allowed, except in designated visitor spots that look like shoulders on the road. Electricity Use A daily electricity allowance of 75 kWh is included. This is more than enough for standard usage. Any excess will be billed at local utility rates and shared with guests after the stay.
