Check-In: Self check-in directly at the townhome. Your secure door code and arrival instructions will be provided approximately 48 hours before check-in. Important Information Resort amenities, including pools and hot tubs, are HOA-managed and subject to availability or closure. Ski-in/ski-out access is dependent on Lutsen Mountains operations, weather, and trail conditions. Weather, environmental conditions, travel disruptions, and amenity closures are outside the host’s control and do not qualify for refunds; travel insurance is recommended.
