Your door code and arrival instructions will be provided approximately 48 hours before check-in. Important Information Resort Amenities: Pools, hot tubs, and other shared amenities are HOA-managed and may close without notice. Availability is not guaranteed, and refunds are not provided for amenity closures. Ski Access: Ski-in/ski-out access depends on Lutsen Mountains operations, weather, snow conditions, and trail availability and is outside the host’s control. Rental Agreement: A short registration form must be completed after booking and before check-in details are released. Weather: Refunds are not provided for weather, environmental, or air-quality conditions, including snowstorms, icy roads, wildfire smoke, travel delays, flight disruptions, late arrivals, or early departures. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Professionally managed by the property manager. This unit is operated outside of the resorts rental pool.
