A half-level down, the second lounge offers more room to spread out, with plush furnishings, a Smart TV, and a bookshelf for reading or quiet time. Whether you're gathering as a group or enjoying solo downtime, there's a cozy corner for everyone. 🍽️ Kitchen & Dining The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances, generous counter space, and all the essentials for home cooking. A complimentary coffee station with pods and a full spice rack are included. 🅿️ Parking Guests may park in the garage or use the driveway, which fits up to three vehicles. Free street parking is also available directly in front of the home for added convenience. 🔑 You'll have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, living areas, the kitchen, and outdoor spaces. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options: Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card. Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days. Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment. Pet Fee: For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner.
