Noise or other violations may result in eviction without refund. 📹 Surveillance: Some properties may have security cameras on the exterior for safety. No interior surveillance. Payments, Fees & Damages 💳 Accepted Payments: Only credit cards matching the ID name are accepted. We do not accept Cash, Chime, Cash App, eCheck, or prepaid debit cards. 💸 Charges: All fees, damages, or fines will be billed to the card on file. Property Use & Conduct ⚖️ Legal & Safe Conduct Only: No illegal activity, weapons, fireworks, or hazardous substances allowed. Violations may lead to a $500 fine and eviction. 📦 Mail & Packages: Guests may not receive mail or packages at the property.
