Contactless guest checkin with smart lock door code • Must be at least 21 years old to book • Pet fee: $200 per reservation (please add your pet to the booking) • No smoking allowed inside the home. Subject to a $500 fine if violated. • No parties or large gatherings allowed. If violated, your reservation will be immediately canceled with no refund. • Optional damage waiver available during check-in for added peace of mind against accidental damage. • ID verification required during check-in for security purposes, similar to what hotels and car rentals require. • A simple check-in form is required prior to arrival. 1.OCCUPANCY LIMITS: Occupancy is limited to the number of guests stated on the listing description. Babies under the age of two are not included in this count. 2. STRICT NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERING POLICY We enforce a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $1,000 and evicted from the property immediately. Any and all noise must be kept to a minimum each night beginning at 11:00 PM. 3. QUIET HOURS are from 11PM-7AM. No gatherings or loud noises outside of the home at any time. Any event that triggers a noise complaint beyond an acceptable level, will be subject to one warning and if repeated violation occurs a second time a $300 fee will apply, and the reservation will be immediately terminated without a refund. 4. CAMERA DEVICES: Tampering Or breaking the outside CAMERA in any way, including disabling, covering or blocking will result in a $350 maintenance repair fee/violation and immediate eviction from the property without a refund. 5. ZERO Tolerance Policy For: smoking/vaping inside of the home. If evidence of smoking/vaping is found after checkout, an additional $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged. 6. DO NOT leave the front door unlocked or open at any time. 7. EARLY OR LATE CHECKOUTS: On occasions we may be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out for a fee and by request only.
