The second bedroom offers an equally indulgent experience with its spacious California King bed. For additional sleeping needs, an air mattress can be provided upon request. Both bedrooms are designed for optimal rest, featuring ceiling fans and blackout curtains to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. A second convenient guest bathroom with a shower is easily accessible, serving both bedrooms and common areas. ENTRY: There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest. PARKING: There is parking available on the street. THE DRIVE: The house is very easy to find, the home is just a few minutes from the 101. INTERNET: The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space. You can log into your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TVs. OUTDOOR SPACE: The backyard is completely enclosed for our furry friends. Enjoy the lounge chairs, fire pit, BBQ, and pool table! BEDROOMS: There are 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other has a queen. Air mattress is available by request. The home can accommodate up to 6 guests. KITCHEN: Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils/Spices/Oil. The kitchen does not have a built-in gas oven, but an electric countertop oven is available for your use. LAUNDRY: You are welcome to use the machines in the home. PET FRIENDLY: Pets are welcome with a nonrefundable $60 fee per pet, per stay. Please keep them off the furniture and pick up after them. SECURITY: A security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. However, there are NO cameras inside the home you will be staying in. NEIGHBORHOOD: The neighborhood is safe and quiet, though some homes nearby may show their age—rest assured, your comfort and security are top priority. LONGER STAYS WELCOME: Looking for a stay 30+ days? We welcome traveling professionals and extended visits. Feel free to reach out for special rates! RENTAL AGREEMENT: A rental agreement must be signed upon booking for all stays longer than 30 days. **If you happen to leave an item behind, we can ship it back to you. Guest is responsible for associated shipping costs. **A digital guidebook will be sent to you before arrival, packed with tips on the home, neighborhood, and local recommendations—please review it and reach out with any questions. -Quiet hours after 10 pm (stop all backyard games and shut off lights by 10pm. -Use cutting board and coasters in kitchen (do not cut directly on countertops) -No pets on beds and furniture please. -Please be sure to clean up trash 🗑️ from the backyard and make sure to clean after your pets. If you do not do so you will be charged an extra cleaning fee. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke or vape in the home, you will be fined $500. The property is located on the east side of Paso Robles near Sculpterra Winery. I lived here for multiple years and absolutely loved it. Please note that this is a mixed income neighborhood. There are some properties being remodeled mixed with some older homes. The neighborhood is very safe. Please note there are dogs in the neighborhood who do bark occasionally. Getting around by car is easiest. Ride share is also available.
