Welcome to our oceanfront paradise, just steps from the shore! This spacious ground-floor condo features a cozy bedroom, a full bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen that's perfect for your family. Enjoy a small computer workstation beside a vintage stereo system where you can play your favorite tunes. Whether you're here to marvel at stunning ocean views, bask in the sun, dive into exciting watersports, or simply unwind and make cherished memories, this is your ideal coastal retreat. It is located on 11 acres at Pacific Shores Resort. Amenities are included with this rental so you can enjoy the pickleball courts, gym, indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor kids pool, cozy fire pits with a communal BBQ area. Other on site amenities include kayak rentals, restaurant, and spa, all subject to availability. There are people who live here all year. Please be respectful of noise. We have quiet hours after 10pm. - No excessive Noise. - No Gatherings or Parties of any kind - No Smoking allowed of any kind in the unit or on the property - No un-disclosed (non-registered) guests allowed onto the property or in the home. - Agree to filling out our Check-In Form which will allow me to program the home for you. - We also require you to provide copies of IDs etc (similar to what is required when checking in to a hotel - this is for verification and required by our insurance company.). The completed agreement and IDs must be received within 72 hours after receiving the form. If any house rule is broken, you will be required to leave the property immediately pay for any damages and no refunds will be given.
