A few simple guidelines to help ensure a great experience for you, our team, and future guests: Parking Please follow the parking instructions provided in your check-in details and be respectful of neighbors and surrounding properties. Before You Check Out Our team handles the full cleaning, but we’d really appreciate a little help with the following (where applicable): -Start a load of dirty towels (if a washer is available) -Load and start the dishwasher (if provided) -Place all trash in the designated receptacles These small steps go a long way—thank you! If additional cleaning is required due to excessive mess, spills, stains, or trash left behind, additional fees may apply. Garbage & Recycling Trash and recycling instructions (including bin locations) will be provided in your check-in details or house manual. Please make sure all waste is bagged before placing it in the proper receptacles. Smoking Smoking is not permitted inside the property. If evidence of smoking is found, a minimum $500 cleaning fee will be charged. Pets Some of our homes are pet-friendly, while others are not. Please refer to your specific listing for pet policies and applicable fees. Parties, events, excessive noise, or illegal activity are not permitted. Occupancy Limits Please respect the maximum number of guests for the property. Exceeding this limit or violating house rules may result in immediate removal without refund and additional fees. Damages & Breakages If anything gets damaged or broken, just let us know—we understand things happen! Any issues that could impact safety should be reported immediately. Damage Protection Policy A Damage Protection Policy is included with every reservation to provide coverage for accidental damage during your stay. Willow Falls is located a few miles from downtown Hendersonville, NC. The neighborhood is peaceful and secluded. It sits in the Blue Ridge Mountains where you feel far from the stress of everyday life, but you're minutes from the grocery store and restaurants. A car is recommended for exploring nearby towns, trails, and attractions.
