Village house with garden and lovely view

This old bourgeois house in the heart of the hilltop village of Limeuil offers a charming experience in one of the most beautiful villages in France. Let yourself be lulled by the church bell tower. Admire the view of the Vézère valley and explore the streets of this village. It is an ideal destination for discovering or rediscovering Périgord. Located near the panoramic garden of Limeuil, artisans, pebble beaches, restaurants, hiking trails and the greenway. The house extends over one floor with simple facilities. It includes 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and toilets. A parking space is available in front of the house, and another nearby. In summer, enjoy the garden equipped with a table, chairs, a parasol and a barbecue. On the ground floor, a bathroom, a kitchen equipped with an oven, a microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator, a pretty dining room with a large table. A living room with sofa, and a small television. Please note, the house does not have wifi. You can take advantage of the village's wifi. On the first floor, you will find two bathrooms with showers and toilets, a first double bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed, a second bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed and a third bedroom with 140 x 200 bed and attached bathroom. Linens, including tablecloths, tea towels and bath mats, are included in the price. Mandatory cleaning fees are provided when booking to ensure disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants. The house must be left as you found it on the day of your arrival (clean kitchen and bathroom, fridge and cupboards emptied and clean, clean traces of visible dirt and trash emptied into containers). In winter, heating is charged extra at €10 per day, to be paid directly to the host before departure. Out of season, if we do not have a reservation before or after your stay, you can arrange with me to arrive earlier and leave later. Enjoy an unforgettable stay in Limeuil! Please note that the house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility, and is best accessed by car. Railway stations: - Le Bugue (5km) - Le Buisson (7km) Greenway: Les Eyzies <-> Le Bugue <-> Limeuil (22km) You can get there on foot or by bike, taking into account the difference in altitude. No public transport in Limeuil Very few taxis During the summer season (JULY- AUGUST) a few buses leave from Le Bugue and follow the Vézère valley, stopping off at a few tourist sites (e.g. the Lascaux cellars). SHOPS: The nearest supermarkets and farm shops are in Le Bugue (5km): ALDI, LIDL, INTERMARCHE, LA MAISON PAYSANNE... There are many local markets in the area. Restaurants: There are several restaurants in the village (within walking distance). I will be available by message throughout your stay to answer any questions you may have. You will find a guide book on your telephone or in a paper format on the day of your arrival. To ensure a smooth and worry-free stay, a stay deposit validation will be required before your arrival.. Le linge de maison, y compris les nappes, les torchons et les tapis de bain, est inclus dans le prix. Cependant, le linge de lit et de bain n'est pas compris. Vous pouvez apporter vos propres draps et serviettes ou opter pour un supplément optionnel de 23 € TTC par personne et par séjour. Des frais de ménage obligatoires sont prévus lors de la réservation pour assurer la désinfection et la préparation de la maison entre deux locataires. La maison doit être laissée comme vous l’avez trouvé le jour de votre arrivée (cuisine et sanitaire propre, frigo et placards vidés et propres, nettoyer les traces de saleté apparente et les poubelles vidés au containers). Vous avez également la possibilité d'ajouter une option de nettoyage complet pour 25 €/heure pendant 4 heures, soit 100 €. En hiver, le chauffage est facturé en supplément à 10 € par jour, à régler directement à l'hôte avant le départ. Hors saison, si nous n’avons pas de réservation avant ou après votre séjour, vous pouvez vous arranger avec moi pour arriver plus tôt et partir plus tard. Profitez d'un séjour inoubliable à Limeuil !
