Stay at our cozy 4th-floor room in the Grand Lodge, a short walk from Crested Butte Mountain Resort. Perfect for up to 4 guests, the room features a king bed, sitting area with pullout couch, full bathroom, and a small kitchenette. Built in 1999, the building has character and shows its age, but still offers many modern comforts. Listed with @BookTraverse License Number 304458 This property is NOT pet friendly. This property does not have air conditioning. However, if you'd like a turnover to be done during your stay, please give us a 24 notice so we can coordinate with the cleaner. There is an extra cost for this, which is $100. -Unfortunately, the HOA does not allow pets on the 4th floor. You may see pets on the 4th and 5th floors, however if an owner is staying in their unit, then they are allowed to have a pet (this is the buildings policy and has nothing to do with the property manager).
