Guests are responsible for costs if due to negligence. Rental Scooters, Bikes, or Vehicles Guests may not leave rental scooters, bikes (including Lime or similar services), or rental vehicles at the property. All rented items must be properly returned to their designated areas before check-out. If any rental scooter, bike, or vehicle is left at the property, the guest will be responsible for the cost of removal, including: -Cars or rental vehicles: Towing fees may apply, typically $100–$200. -Rental scooters or bikes (e.g., Lime): A $25 inconvenience fee, plus the cost to have them removed or relocated, and any rental charges incurred. Please ensure all rentals are properly returned and not left at the property to avoid additional charges.
