For your safety and peace of mind, the property is equipped with a Ring security camera at the front door. It records only the exterior entryway and is used to ensure guest and property security. Guest will Have Access to the Home Except two Locked bedrooms that are vacant and used for larger Bookings. Guests with have access to driveway and Backyard Guests will be given a custom access code Please Contact our cohost and concierge Kimberly for any assitance EVENT FEE OF $100 must be paid before checkin for any events hosted on property during your stay. No kids under 5 allowed inside the hot tub or swimming pool. Kids over 5 yrs age should always be supervised by an adult in the hot tub and swimming pool. Elderly, pregnant or anyone with diabetes, high blood pressure or heat conditions should consult the doctor before hot tub use. Do not use the hot tub or swimming pool if you are if you are under influence of alcohol or narcotics. Limit the hot tub temperature to less than 104 F. Limit Hot Tub usage to 20 mins. Do not use glass in the hot tub or swimming pool. No jumping, diving or pets inside the hot tub and swimming pool. No lifeguard on duty. Use hot tub and swimming pool at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries and accidents. Cover the hot tub after each use. Glass Pool Policy: Any glass breakage in or around the pool must be reported immediately. The pool will be closed until professionally inspected and cleaned. A minimum $300 inspection/cleaning fee will apply, with additional charges possible depending on the extent of cleanup. Guests are responsible for costs if due to negligence. Rental Scooters, Bikes, or Vehicles Guests may not leave rental scooters, bikes (including Lime or similar services), or rental vehicles at the property. All rented items must be properly returned to their designated areas before check-out. If any rental scooter, bike, or vehicle is left at the property, the guest will be responsible for the cost of removal, including: -Cars or rental vehicles: Towing fees may apply, typically $100–$200. -Rental scooters or bikes (e.g., Lime): A $25 inconvenience fee, plus the cost to have them removed or relocated, and any rental charges incurred. Please ensure all rentals are properly returned and not left at the property to avoid additional charges.
