Recent house very quiet with stunning views of the sea from the ground floor. Near a large white sand beach (natural area preserved starting point of the GR that goes around the peninsula) with a dune and an island accessible on foot. Close to shops just a few minutes walk (press bar tobacco and Mini Leclerc). The garden is flower and vegetable without treatments (harvest possible!). A little white cat very easy: sweet and independent lives there. Not far from surf spots, kite surfing, sand yachting, boating and climbing. More cultural visits are also offered to you a few kilometers (abbey of landévennec, village of locronan, exhibition in Landerneau ..).
