Laundry Service (additional cost) We offer a laundry service including washing, drying, and folding, available at an additional cost calculated based on the weight of the laundry. The service can be easily requested through our concierge during your stay. Mobility This property is not suitable for guests with mobility limitations, as access requires going up and down stairs. Pricing Structure Our rate is based on the number of guests. We apply an extra fee per additional guest per night. Children, Dogs & Plants Due to the presence of dogs and hazardous plants on the premises, this property is deemed unsuitable for children. Parents or guardians with children are advised to exercise constant supervision, ensuring their safety at all times. We have three gardeners from Monday to Saturday who maintain the estate and feed the dogs. On-Site Caretaker For your convenience and security, a caretaker resides on the estate. Their living quarters are located far from the guest accommodations to ensure your privacy. The caretaker helps maintain the property and is available for assistance if needed, allowing you to enjoy a safe and comfortable stay. Important Notes - The owner lives in a separate part of the main villa, ensuring guest privacy. - Three friendly dogs reside on the property. - The estate requires stair climbing and is not wheelchair accessible. - Due to the presence of dogs and hazardous plants, the property is unsuitable for children without constant supervision. - A caretaker lives on-site in a separate area for maintenance and guest assistance. - This is a shared property: Another guest may be occupying the bedroom near the pool area during your stay. We kindly ask all guests to be mindful and respectful of shared outdoor spaces. General Rules - No pets allowed (except for service dogs with prior notice). - No smoking, drugs, loud noise, or parties. - Quiet hours: 9 PM – 9 AM. - Only registered guests are allowed; extra fees apply for additional guests. - Pool hours: 9 AM – 9 PM (Max. 9 guests). Guests must cover the pool after 5 PM if used. - No cable TV (Smart TV available; guests must use their own streaming accounts). - Tap water is non-drinkable (for cleaning & bathing only). - Friendly dogs live on-site, and gardeners work Monday – Saturday. - The property has stairs and cobblestone paths, making it unsuitable for wheelchairs or those with mobility challenges.
