Damage Repairs: Guests are responsible for the cost of repairs for any damages caused during the stay. Failure to report damages upon arrival makes the guest liable for repair costs. Payment Method: Bank transfer or deposit check. Taxes and deposits are additional to the quoted price. No refunds will be issued for changes to the reservation within 10 days prior to arrival, early departures, or due to bad weather, tropical storms, or unforeseen events (including hurricanes or the presence of sargassum). Balance Due: The remaining balance must be paid 60 days before check-in. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the deposit.
