This is a studio apartment located close to downtown Roanoke, part of our Stay Roanoke collection of locally managed stays. It is newly renovated with luxury furnishings from TXTUR furniture. The apartment is bright and sunny and features a full-size murphy bed for sleeping and fully stocked kitchen as well as in-unit washer and dryer. Lots of nearby food and drink options like Tuco's Tacos, Beamer's 25, Golden Cactus Brewing, Big Lick Brewing and others are a short drive or bike ride away. This is a newly remodeled 1 bedroom apartment with queen bed and full bath. It features a full kitchen, washer dryer in the unit as well as TV, Fast Wifi, Keyless entry and comfortable linens. Guests have access to the second story deck for working or relaxing. The historic building and luxury furnishings are sure to provide a comfortable stay. Keyless entry provides 24 hour check in. Check in instructions are sent via text message to the number on your account. . We operate under the business name Stay Roanoke. This unit requires you to climb 1 set of stairs to gain entry. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. Please note the age of this building means thinner walls and creaky floors. Please have respect for your fellow guests and refrain from loud noises during quiet hours. Reservations of 90 days or more require a signed lease agreement prior to the start of the stay. We will send this lease to you immediately after booking. Please message us if you are interested in reviewing this lease prior to booking. The building is located about 15 minutes from the Roanoke Airport, 1 hour from Virginia Tech University, 5 minutes to Roanoke Memorial Hospital, and 10 minutes from Roanoke Community Hospital. Noise levels must be kept strictly under 60 dBA (normal conversation volume) during the day. Music and/or excessive noise outdoors (i.e., yelling, noise amplification, musical instruments, animal barking etc) must be kept to a respectful minimum at all times. Outdoor Music is not permitted after 10PM. No amplification devices or musical instruments can be used outdoors or can be audible outside the unit at any time, day or night. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times. Building quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10PM-7AM. No smoking allowed. Evidence of smoking will be fined $1500 to cover the cost of smoke removal equipment and cleaning fees. . Parties / events, lack of decorum and disruptive noise will not be tolerated. If the neighbors are disturbed, Stay Roanoke reserves the right to ask the tenant to vacate the premises with no refund. Guests must maintain all property and furnishings in good order. Guests may only use appliances for their intended use Guests, other than those in the party provided, may not stay overnight in the property. All guests are the sole responsibility of the renter who made the reservation. Guests are not allowed to exceed the agreed upon occupancy limit. Guests are responsible for doing a walkthrough and reporting any damage upon entering the property. The west end of Roanoke is experiencing a renaissance with new restaurants, breweries, and renovations that allow both visitors and residents to experience the best of downtown Roanoke. You are a short drive (or a quick scooter or bike ride) from some of the best features of downtown, with quick access to the freeway and Salem. Free parking is provided on-site. Uber / Lyft / e-scooters are all available for hire.
