This apartment has two private bedrooms, each with queen beds. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for cooking. In unit washer and dryer make doing laundry a breeze. Get your work done efficiently with fast WiFi and the keyless locks make coming and going a snap. This modern apartment has brand new furnishings from TXTUR, a locally-owned luxury furniture company. Each bedroom has a queen bed and a comfy memory foam mattress. This is a second floor apartment with stair and elevator access. It has a full kitchen stocked with cooking and cleaning supplies. There is a full set of linens for each bed as well as towels and paper products. The washer and dryer are located in the unit. The WiFi is fast and will easily allow for remote work. All utilities are included. 16 Church is a commercial building located in the heart of downtown Roanoke. There are retail and commercial tenants on the first floor, with apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floor. After business hours, guest access is restricted to the loading dock entrance off Luck Ave. Look for the door directly at pavement level with the “Stay Roanoke” sign next to it. 📜 Booking Details Reservations of 90 days or more require a signed lease agreement prior to the start of the stay. Building quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10PM-7AM. No smoking allowed. Evidence of smoking will be fined $1500 to cover the cost of smoke removal equipment and cleaning fees. . Parking is available on site where available or through the downtown city owned garages. Parties / events, lack of decorum and disruptive noise will not be tolerated. If the neighbors are disturbed, Stay Roanoke reserves the right to ask the tenant to vacate the premises with no refund. Guests must maintain all property and furnishings in good order. Guests may only use appliances for their intended use Guests, other than those in the party provided, may not stay overnight in the property. All guests are the sole responsibility of the renter who made the reservation. Guests are not allowed to exceed the agreed upon occupancy limit. Guests are responsible for doing a walkthrough and reporting any damage upon entering the property. Noise levels must be kept strictly under 60 dBA (normal conversation volume) during the day. Music and/or excessive noise outdoors (i.e., yelling, bluetooth speakers, animal barking etc) must be kept to a respectful minimum at all times. Outdoor music is not permitted after 10PM. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times. Downtown Roanoke is the economic and social hub of southwest Virginia.
