This is a two-story loft with the living room and kitchen on the lower level and the elevated sleeping loft with bathroom upstairs. Scenic views adorn the cozy upstairs bedroom. It features a full kitchen, washer dryer in the unit as well as TV, Fast Wifi, Keyless entry and comfortable linens. Guests have access to the second story deck for working or relaxing. Keyless Entry provides 24 hour check in. Door codes are provided with check-in instructions that are sent via text message. . We operate under the business name Stay Roanoke. This unit requires you to climb 1 set of stairs to access the bedroom. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. Please note the age of this building means thinner walls and creaky floors. Please have respect for your fellow guests and refrain from loud noises during quiet hours. Reservations of 90 days or more require a signed lease agreement prior to the start of the stay.
