Welcome to our spacious 6-bedroom downtown Roanoke retreat, part of our Stay Roanoke collection of locally managed stays. This unique property features two separate 3-bedroom apartments, and upper and a lower, each with its own private entrance. Perfect for groups, families, or business travelers, it’s within walking distance of Roanoke’s restaurants, breweries, and entertainment. Enjoy the flexibility of staying together while having your own private space. Bedrooms: The apartment offers a total of 6 bedrooms, with 5 queen beds and 1 king bed, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 12 guests. Each unit has 3 bedrooms, offering privacy and flexibility for your group. Bathrooms: With 4 full bathrooms, you will have plenty of space for everyone! Each unit has 2 full bathrooms, complete with all the essentials. Outdoor Space: The private backyard patio is a perfect spot to unwind. It features outdoor seating, ideal for morning coffee or evening gatherings under the stars. Location: Situated in the heart of downtown Roanoke, you are just steps away from the city's best restaurants, breweries, and shops. Explore the downtown area by foot and discover all it has to offer. Guests have full access to the property Reservations of 90 days or more require a signed lease agreement prior to the start of the stay. We will send this lease to you immediately after booking. Please message us if you are interested in reviewing this lease prior to booking. Noise levels must be kept strictly under 60 dBA (normal conversation volume) during the day. Music and/or excessive noise outdoors (i.e., yelling, bluetooth speakers, animal barking etc) must be kept to a respectful minimum at all times. Outdoor music is not permitted after 10PM. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times. Building quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10PM-7AM. No smoking allowed. Evidence of smoking will be fined $1500 to cover the cost of smoke removal equipment and cleaning fees. Pets are allowed in certain units with the paid pet fee. Unauthorized animals will be charged a fine of $250 and the cost of any additional cleaning or damages. Parking is available, message us for details specific to your unit. Parties / events, lack of decorum and disruptive noise will not be tolerated. If the neighbors are disturbed, we reserve the right to ask the guest to vacate the premises with no refund. Guests must maintain all property and furnishings in good order. Guests may only use appliances for their intended use. Guests, other than those in the party provided, may not stay overnight in the property. All guests are the sole responsibility of the renter who made the reservation. Guests are not allowed to exceed the agreed upon occupancy limit. Guests are responsible for doing a walkthrough and reporting any damage upon entering the property.
