Each themed differently with relevance to the Roanoke area & its' history. Updated from top to bottom, you will have the modern comforts of wi-fi, smart TV, new appliances & keyless access all with the historic charm this 1930s home effortlessly boasts. . We have designed entry so that contact is not necessary. You will be provided with a secure keypad code. If you would like to meet the host on site, we are more than happy to arrange doing so. As with many historic homes, the walls are thinner and the floors can creak—please be mindful of your fellow guests Reservations of 90 days or more require a signed lease agreement prior to the start of the stay. Noise levels must be kept strictly under 60 dBA (normal conversation volume) during the day. Music and/or excessive noise outdoors (i.e., yelling, bluetooth speakers, animal barking etc) must be kept to a respectful minimum at all times. Outdoor music is not permitted after 10PM. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times. Building quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10PM-7AM. No smoking allowed. Evidence of smoking will be fined $1500 to cover the cost of smoke removal equipment and cleaning fees. . Parking is available on site where available or through the downtown city owned garages. Parties / events, lack of decorum and disruptive noise will not be tolerated. If the neighbors are disturbed, Stay Roanoke reserves the right to ask the tenant to vacate the premises with no refund. Guests must maintain all property and furnishings in good order. Guests may only use appliances for their intended use Guests, other than those in the party provided, may not stay overnight in the property. All guests are the sole responsibility of the renter who made the reservation. Guests are not allowed to exceed the agreed upon occupancy limit. Guests are responsible for doing a walkthrough and reporting any damage upon entering the property. Wasena is a centrally located neighborhood convenient to restaurants, coffee shops, the Roanoke River, mountain hiking & biking trails, downtown Roanoke, the Grandin area & more. Street parking is free and plentiful. There is normally a spot available immediately in front of the property or within a one block distance. Public bus access is located adjacent to the property. There are bike rental options available one block away at Roanoke Mountain Adventures as well as uber & lyft. The greenway is located one block away connecting to Downtown as well as the Mill Mountain trail system providing options for both transportation and recreation.
