There are no shared spaces whatsoever, but there is potential for other guests to be staying in the lower unit. This upper unit has exclusive access to the large backyard. You may only see the other guests out front in the driveway or garage because this is how they enter their unit. If any smoking happens indoors, a $500 fee applies. No pets We love animals but cannot host them here.Any pets brought without approval will result in a $500 fee. Quiet hours Quiet hours run 11pm to 7am. No loud music, no disturbances, and no unauthorized gatherings. Registered guests only unless approved in advance.
