The second floor hosts a guest room with a queen bed. All beds are fitted with luxurious custom linens, ensuring everyone sleeps in comfort. Easily connect to fast wifi and take your meetings in the calm and quiet office space. Exercise equipment, a full bookshelf, and an additional sleeper sofa make it easy to work, exercise, and entertain with ease. Cats are not permitted. A one-time pet cleaning fee of $120 applies. A pet brought without paying the fee is charged $250. Dogs must be crated when left unattended, are not permitted on furniture, and may not be left outside unsupervised. Owners are responsible for any damages. 5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it 6) Minimum age to book is 25.
