The living area boasts a one-of-a-kind built-in sofa, accompanied by carefully curated vintage furniture that establishes an entire atmosphere. The eclectic decor adds character and style to the space, making it a truly special place to stay. The custom bed features a plush queen mattress with luxury sheets. The full bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Marfa MOTEL is dog-friendly! We welcome one dog per stay. The shared courtyard is decked out with a beautiful fountain, a dedicated dining area for dining al fresco, and a large outdoor fireplace to unwind under the stars. A custom BBQ grill adds to the charm for guests looking to grill and gather. The private spa-like outdoor tub area "Oasis" is reservable via QR code and features a vintage clawfoot tub. The shared sauna and cold plunge offer a one-of-a-kind relaxation experience in Marfa. Guests also have access to high-speed internet and an EV charger located in the shared parking area—just bring your adapter to plug in with ease. Rideshare apps are very limited/rarely around. 1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine) 2) Quiet hours are 10 PM to 10 AM, per city ordinance. 3) No events or parties without an event agreement. 4) Location release required for filming/photoshoots 5) Dogs allowed, maximum of one. Cats are not permitted. A one-time pet cleaning fee of $120 applies. A pet brought without paying the fee is charged $250. Dogs must be crated when left unattended, are not permitted on furniture, and may not be left outside unsupervised. Owners are responsible for any damages. 6) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it 7) Minimum age to book is 25.
