Spend your days hiking, sightseeing, or exploring the Gorge, then come back to soak in the private hot tub, curl up by the fireplace, grill dinner on the deck, or enjoy a quiet night by the firepit under the stars. With a king bed, fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, spacious deck, and hot tub just steps from the bedroom, Alone at Last is made for anniversaries, birthdays, romantic weekends, and much-needed mountain resets with your favorite person. ✨ What Makes Alone at Last Special ✨ Our cabin is all about privacy, comfort, and connection. It has that cozy tiny-cabin feel while still offering the details couples love most: a king bed, private hot tub, fireplace, full kitchen, deck seating, gas grill, firepit, and peaceful wooded surroundings. It is easy to spend the day out exploring Red River Gorge, then come back and make the cabin part of the experience; a hot tub soak, dinner on the grill, firepit night, repeat. 🏡 The Space 🏡 Alone At Last is a non-smoking and pet-free cabin. 🍳 Kitchen 🍳 The kitchen includes K-cup and regular coffee makers, coffee supplies, a full-size range, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, dinnerware, and the essentials needed for simple meals, slow mornings, and cozy nights in. 🛋️ Living Area 🛋️ Relax with comfortable seating, high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and a modern fireplace that can be enjoyed year-round without heat. 🛏️ Bedroom 🛏️ The bedroom features a king bed and a sliding door leading right out to the hot tub, making it easy to go from cozy cabin mode to full relaxation mode. 🚿 Bathroom 🚿 The bathroom includes a beautiful sliding-glass tile shower. 🔥 Outdoor Living 🔥 Step outside to enjoy the spacious deck, private hot tub, gas grill with tools, firepit, hammock chair, rocking chairs, stylish landscaping, and outdoor lighting. 🧺 Starter Essentials 🧺 Fresh linens and towels are provided. We also include an Essential Starter Pack to make your stay easier: 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, shampoos, conditioners, bar soaps, 3 laundry pods, 3 trash bags, and 1 fresh sponge. Firewood is not provided. We encourage purchasing firewood locally to help prevent the spread of invasive species and protect our beautiful wooded areas. Propane is provided for the grill. 🚗 Parking + Access 🚗 Alone at Last is easy to access under normal weather conditions. 4WD is recommended during snow, ice, heavy rain, or other inclement weather. Trailers are prohibited. 🥾 Location 🥾 Alone at Last is located near Red River Gorge favorites, giving you a peaceful place to unwind while keeping hiking, scenic overlooks, Natural Bridge, Nada Tunnel, local restaurants, and classic Gorge adventures within reach. Occasionally, guests may experience weather conditions or power outages that are out of the host's control. The hosts will do all they can to assist but are not responsible for issues beyond their control. Our owners make every effort to keep the hot tubs functioning perfectly, as they are the most requested amenity. However, mechanical problems may occur that cannot be resolved quickly in this remote area and no refunds are made if this occurs, per the terms of our rental agreement. Enjoy the many other amenities, beautiful surroundings and area adventures during your stay. Pets Only Allowed at Pet-Friendly Cabins. Pets brought to Pet-friendly Cabins must be paid for in advance or at time of booking. No pets are permitted in or on the Rental Unit, unless the Rental Unit is Pet-Friendly. A Minimum of $350.00 per pet will be charged to the Guest for pets brought to non-pet-friendly cabins or for pets that were not pre-approved. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change and you must cancel or reschedule your stay. We will work with you to reschedule your dates if your check-in date is greater than 14 days away. No refunds are permitted due to sudden inclement winter weather – but come anyway and get snowed in with us! We will accommodate late checkouts if roads are hazardous on your departure day. Please be aware that no refunds are permitted for cancellations on holiday rates, which includes but is not limited to, New Year’s, Valentine's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. For a possibility of a full refund, you will be given the option to purchase renters/trip insurance during the booking process, or you can contact us directly to add renters/trip insurance.
