We’ll do all we can to assist but cannot offer refunds for circumstances beyond our control. Hot Tub Note: Hot tubs are a guest favorite, and we strive to keep them in perfect working order! However, due to the remote area, repairs may take time if an issue arises. No refunds are issued for mechanical failures, per the rental agreement. Pet Policy: Pets are only permitted in designated pet-friendly cabins and must be pre-approved and paid for prior to arrival. Unauthorized pets or pets in non-pet-friendly cabins will result in a minimum $350 fee per pet. $50 fee for all cancellations No refunds within 14 days of check-in (but we’ll work with you to reschedule when possible) No refunds for holiday bookings or inclement weather For peace of mind, trip insurance is available during booking. Security Camera covering entrance/ exit on the outside of the property for security. - Dogs permitted with $100 fee. (Dogs only; maximum 2 allowed. Dogs need to be crated if left at the property alone.) Pet fee does not automatically add to your balance, please contact us to apply after booking. - Please contact us as soon as possible if you must cancel or reschedule your stay. No refunds or date modifications within 14 days or less of your arrival. - No refunds are permitted due to weather. No exceptions. Winter weather (snow/ice) and flooding can occur in our area. You should be given the option to add Trip Insurance at booking check-out. - Please be aware that no refunds are permitted for cancellations on holiday rates, which includes but is not limited to, New Year’s, Valentine's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
