Fresh linens and towels are provided, along with starter essentials to help you get settled in. Starter supplies include toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, trash bags, and a sponge. Firewood and charcoal are not provided. We recommend purchasing both locally for convenience and to help prevent the spread of invasive species. 🌲 Outdoor Living 🌲 Step outside and enjoy the peaceful wooded setting that makes ManeStay feel like a true mountain retreat. Relax on the large wraparound deck, enjoy dinner outside, soak in the private hot tub, or gather around the firepit for s’mores and stories after dark. Guests also have access to 300+ acres of private property with developed hiking trails within the Birch Hollow community. 🐾 Pet Policy 🐾 ManeStay is dog-friendly, so your adventure buddies can come along! Dogs are permitted with a $100 pet fee. Dogs only, maximum of 2 allowed. Dogs must be crated whenever left unattended inside the cabin. Please disclose pets during booking so the pet fee can be added. Failure to disclose a dog may result in an unauthorized pet fee. 🚗 Parking + Access 🚗 ManeStay is located in a remote, wooded mountain area and is accessed by a gravel mountain road. 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended. Parking is limited to 6 vehicles maximum. Additional vehicles must park at a nearby park-and-ride, and guests will need to carpool to the cabin. Camera locations include: • Brookside: two cameras on a yard pole monitoring incoming/outgoing traffic and one camera on the porch • Sundance: one camera mounted on the left side of the porch facing the driveway/barn Cameras do not monitor private interior spaces. 📝 Additional Policies + Important Information 📝 Minimum booking age: 18. Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out must be approved and may result in additional fees. No smoking inside the cabin. Smoking is permitted outside only. No events, parties, or large gatherings. Additional fees and taxes may apply. 🚫 Cancellations 🚫 Cancellations made 30 or more days before arrival are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 15–29 days before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the total reservation amount. Cancellations made 14 days or fewer before arrival are non-refundable. Holiday bookings are non-refundable. No refunds are provided due to inclement weather. Trip insurance is available during booking for added protection. For cancellations that qualify for a full or 50% refund, guests may choose to reschedule to alternative available dates instead of receiving a monetary refund. Rescheduled reservations are subject to availability and current rates. ⚠️ Please note: This is a remote, wooded mountain location. Weather conditions, power outages, wildlife, insects, and other nature-related conditions may occur and are outside of host control. No refunds or date modifications within 14 days or less of your arrival. - No refunds are permitted due to weather. No exceptions. Winter weather (snow/ice) and flooding can occur in the area. You should be given the option to add Trip Insurance at booking check-out. - Please be aware that no refunds are permitted for cancellations on holiday rates, which includes but is not limited to, New Year's, Valentine's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
