Outdoor: Spacious deck, hot tub, charcoal grill with tools, firepit, reclining chairs, stylish landscaping and lighting. (Please purchase firewood locally.) Please note there is a security camera's on the property, facing driveway and the road/barn. None of them face toward any common areas. -- OTHER AMENITIES -- - Fresh linens, blankets, and towels. Essentials: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, sponge, unscented dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. - The property is accessed by a well-maintained gravel road. Trailers prohibited. Plenty of parking space. - Tranquil location near Red River Gorge and Gorge Underground! Rock climbing, horseback riding, kayaking, canoeing, hiking, zip lines, fishing, restaurants, sight-seeing, and more nearby. - Dogs permitted with $100 fee. (Dogs only; maximum 2 allowed. Dogs need to be crated if left at the property alone.) Pet fee does not automatically add to your balance, please contact us to apply after booking. - Please contact us as soon as possible if you must cancel or reschedule your stay. No refunds or date modifications within 14 days or less of your arrival. - No refunds are permitted due to weather. No exceptions. Winter weather (snow/ice) and flooding can occur in our area. You should be given the option to add Trip Insurance at booking check-out. .
