THE AREA While Grey Duck is a wonderful retreat, the surrounding area is full of adventure. While we strive to provide a comfortable experience, occasional weather events or power outages may occur and are outside our control. Our team will always do their best to assist. If your rental includes a hot tub, please note that mechanical issues can happen and may take time to resolve due to the remote location. Refunds are not provided for hot tub downtime, per our rental agreement. Pet Policy: Only designated pet-friendly cabins allow pets and must be paid for at booking. Bringing a pet to a non-pet-friendly cabin results in a minimum $350 fee per pet. No refunds within 14 days of check-in We can help reschedule stays more than 14 days prior to arrival No refunds for winter weather—come enjoy a cozy snowed-in getaway! No refunds for holiday-rate reservations (e.g., New Year’s, Valentine’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) Trip insurance is available for those wanting fully refundable protection - Please contact us as soon as possible if you must cancel or reschedule your stay. No refunds or date modifications within 14 days or less of your arrival. - No refunds are permitted due to weather. No exceptions. Winter weather (snow/ice) and flooding can occur in the area. You should be given the option to add Trip Insurance at booking check-out. - Please be aware that no refunds are permitted for cancellations on holiday rates, which includes but is not limited to, New Year's, Valentine's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
