Hosts will assist where possible, but some matters are beyond their control. Hot tub maintenance is a priority, but mechanical issues may arise and cannot always be resolved immediately. $50 fee applies to all cancellations No refunds within 14 days of check-in, but rescheduling may be possible if outside 14 days No refunds for winter weather (but we’ll help accommodate late checkouts if roads are hazardous) No refunds on holiday-rate bookings Renter’s insurance available at booking for full refund protection - Dogs permitted with $100 fee.
