Set on 150 acres of privately owned land, you’ll have exclusive access to marked trails, rock-climbing crags, caves, and even a couple of hidden waterfalls — all without the crowds the Gorge can draw during peak season. If you’re craving privacy without needing an off-road vehicle to reach it, you’ve just found your perfect match. SECURITY CAMERAS For safety and property monitoring, cameras are placed: On the pole barn facing the roadway to each cabin On the well house facing the pole barn At Soul Sister (toward the front gate) At Big Boulder (porch support & garage facing the road intersection) These do not face private areas. POLICIES We strongly recommend reviewing our full Guest Rental Agreement before booking. No refunds or date modifications within 14 days or less of your arrival. - No refunds are permitted due to weather. No exceptions. Winter weather (snow/ice) and flooding can occur in the area. You should be given the option to add Trip Insurance at booking check-out. - Please be aware that no refunds are permitted for cancellations on holiday rates, which includes but is not limited to, New Year's, Valentine's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
