Built originally in 1952 This fun and cozy 1bd TRIPLEX unit near Mills50 district is a 1/1 that shares an adjacent wall with the neighboring units. The property is located within walking distance to much entertainment, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, breweries and more! 🍽 - Kitchen comes fully stocked with 4 burner gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, cutlery, plates, glassware, mugs and, pots, pans and coffee maker. Just off this area is a small dinning area which seats 4! 🛋 - At the turn is a living area with 2 coffee tables, 3 sleeper sofas (🛌 🛌 🛌), and 55" Roku equipped TV to stream all your apps. 🛏 - The bedroom (sleeps 2 🛌 🛌) area is just beyond the living room after entering the unit to the right and has a tempurpedic cooling Double/Full mattress and 55" roku tv 📺 🚽 - A full bathroom comes with a standing shower and tub combo, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner plus a backlit mirror with defroster. 🅿️ - Free Parking is available for up to 2 vehicle out in front of the home. Please answer along with your booking: What brings you to Orlando❓️ Who will be traveling with you❓️ ❌- No local residents 🤫 😴- Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am. ❌- No smoking - if you need to do so, please do it OFF PROPERTY. Do not smoke, vape or use any other "smoking" substance or product on property. If you violate this rule you WILL BE FINED HEAVILY for cost of remediation. Really simple here, if you can't help yourself and have to smoke, do it somewhere else or book a property that allows smoking. Our guest do not want to smell your vape or cigarettes. 🚭- No Pets ❌- No events or parties ⛔️- As a courtesy to our neighbors, Please do not loiter on front porch after 10pm. Its a quiet neighborhood and we want to keep our neighbors happy. ⚠️ - If you utilize any BIKE SHARE/SCOOTERS like Byrd or Limebike, please ensure the bikes are NOT parked in front of the property. Failure to do so may result in fine 📨 - Mail. Please do not send mail or amazon packages to the property. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items due to weather or any other general loss issue 🅿️ Parking for 2 vehicles. Two vehicles in the front for unit "A". DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAY as it must remain clear for guest access ---> Park one vehicle behind the other. One side of driveway must be left clear for other unit/guests 📅 - For stays longer than 10 days we offer complimentary tidy clean service (required). ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, verification, and a security hold of (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional for things like early check in (when available). 🌸 Yard is serviced once per week. Landscapers will need access to front and back yard to cut grass.
