Bedroom 2 also has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom plus 55" TV with roku for you to relax. Living area 1 has 3 sofa sleepers that fold down to sleep 1 person each. Sofa's are 70" length. Large kitchen and and also a general bar area. Living room features a functioning fireplace with lighting. Area B: Fully Equipped kitchen and living room combo area that has a sleeper sofa for your little ones. Bedroom 3 here is setup with 2 sets of bunk beds and sleeps for persons in your group (twin over twin beds) Bedroom 4 is the second Master with ensuite bathroom and also a Queen bed, desk for your remote work amd 32" TV. Area C is the tiny house, detached from the main building. This is a perfect for 2 persons setup and double bed with large roku enabled TV. Full kitchen and spacious bathroom with Rain shower. ❌- No local residents 🤫 😴- Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am. ❌- No smoking - if you need to do so, please do it OFF PROPERTY. Do not smoke, vape or use any other "smoking" substance or product on property. If you violate this rule you WILL BE FINED HEAVILY for cost of remediation. Really simple here, if you can't help yourself and have to smoke, do it somewhere else or book a property that allows smoking. Our guest do not want to smell your vape or cigarettes. 🚭- No Pets ❌- No events or parties ⛔️- As a courtesy to our neighbors, Please do not loiter on front porch after 10pm. Its a quiet neighborhood and we want to keep our neighbors happy. ⚠️ - If you utilize any BIKE SHARE/SCOOTERS like Byrd or Limebike, please ensure the bikes are NOT parked in front of the property. Failure to do so may result in fine 📨 - Mail. Please do not send mail or amazon packages to the property. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items due to weather or any other general loss issue 🅿️ Parking for 5 vehicles. Two vehicles in the front and 3 cars in the rear. DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAY as it must remain clear for guest access 📅 - For stays longer than 10 days we offer complimentary tidy clean service (required). 🌸 Yard is serviced once per week.
