Note: For security purposes, there are exterior cameras on the property as well as a Ring doorbell at the front entrance. We provide keyless entry with use of a digital lock and door code. A gate code for the security gate will also be provided. To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials: - Paper towels - Toilet paper - Tissues - Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar - Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED) - Garbage bags - Sponges - Dish soap - Dishwasher tabs If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed. PLEASE NOTE: -Mailbox access is not available for guests - Pets are NOT allowed - There are outside cameras surrounding the property - All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver..
