The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. The maximum occupancy is 8 and renter must seek approval in advance to exceed at any given time. C.. D. Renters must be at least 28 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if different). Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. E. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises including balconies, rooftop patio, or within 25 feet of the building's entrances. Fees will be assessed for any rules not followed. F.
