Located a short walk to everything including El Palmar beach, Oxxo and the center of Ixtapa where you will find many dining and shopping options. This home is on a quiet street backing onto the golf course with a nice yard and private pool for your group. Teams, families and groups, this is the space for you! There will be someone on the property during the week in the early mornings to clean the yard and the pool. Please note that the main living area does not have air conditioning. Thank you for your understanding and safe guarding from accidents. Note: - All bookings are subject to a 3rd party I.D. verification process and Damage Waiver (with fee) or Damage Deposit (with fee) , failure to be approved by the I.D. process may void your booking. - The use of glitter for celebrations or craft projects or other uses is prohibited. Confetti is allowed only if it is fully cleaned up by guests. A cleaning fee of MXN $1050 per hour will be charged for any glitter or confetti left behind. Guests have access to both the ground floor and second level. The owner lives on the third level but does not use guest facilities, such as the kitchen, pool and common areas. TV use: Streaming only. Cable, pay-per-view, or other paid content may not be ordered. Any resulting charges will be billed to the guest.
