Only the maintenance shed is restricted. Property is 4 minutes by vehicle or 18 minutes walking to Aspen Beach. Registered guests have access and rights to the parking area for the duration of their stay, ample parking for 2 vehicles, a 3rd is possible; Driveway is shared with adjacent property Note: - All bookings are subject to a 3rd party I.D. verification process and Damage Waiver (with fee) or Damage Deposit (with fee) , failure to be approved by the I.D. process may void your booking. - The use of glitter for celebrations or craft projects or other uses is prohibited. Confetti is allowed only if it is fully cleaned up by guests. A cleaning fee of $75 per hour will be charged for any glitter or confetti left behind. We love our little cabin and ask that our smoking guests dispose of butts accordingly. Cooled ashes or butts can be put into the firepit or garbage. Use of the sports items provided is at your own risk and as a courtesy, please clean and return them to the sport shed. TV use: Streaming only.
