Comprising two double bedrooms, a cracking bathroom, a lovely light and airy sitting room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony accessible from the sitting room, the apartment is a mere stone's throw from Bristol’s vibrant City Centre. On weekends, the higgihaus@cabotmews (#31) is made available to small groups visiting the City for leisure, but during the week, it becomes a perfect base for guests visiting the City for work. There are a bunch of independent cafes, bars and restaurants on the doorstep, with great shopping at Cabot Circus and a fantastic green space at Castle Park: Arts & entertainment venues and the harbourside, are all within a few minutes’ walk. The higgihaus@cabotmews (#31) is perfect for two or four guests visiting the city for an event or visiting the City for work.. The gated mews and the front door to the apartment are operated by way of smartlock; you will be given the entry codes 24 hours prior to check-in. Video cameras are provided front and rear for your comfort and safety. The higgihaus@cabotmews (#31) is a self-contained apartment for your exclusive use during your stay in our awesome city. There is no need for you to interact with us, but should you need anything, we'd be delighted to help. #teamhiggi are a friendly bunch who love Bristol, and it is worth noting that our team are based in Bristol and knows it like the back of their hand (well, the best bits anyway), and we eat out a lot:-) Please note that children and infants are not allowed in this apartment. Check-in is any time after 3PM and check out by 11AM. Strictly no smoking, parties, or events. No pets unless by prior arrangement. Please respect our neighbours keep noise to an appropriate level at all times don't scream, shout, swear or have loud or crass conversations outside the apartment or the property itself. If you do play music inside, please make sure it isn't audible outside and keep the windows and doors shut. Please ensure that the only people in the property are named and registered guests. STRICTLY no smoking inside or near the front door of the apartment or the building. If you must smoke, then please do so in the street at least 10 metres from the front door to the building and clean up your butts. If you or any of your guests smoke inside the house during your stay you will be charged a minimum of £180 to cover the cost of a deep clean of the property. Upon departure, please help us to prepare for the next guest and leave the property as clean and tidy as time permits. Our housekeeping team would appreciate you bagging your rubbish and recycling placing the bags by the bins in the kitchen.
