We provide various sizes of life vests. We have private docks with jet ski slips for guests usage. We also have camp chairs available and fire wood available for purchase. This property does not allow pets. This property does allow events on approval. Smoking is not permitted inside the building. We have designated smoking areas outside. Enjoy contactless check in with door code that will be provided day of check in. If you want someone present for check in with any questions we are happy to have someone there to help with check in. Vehicle recommended. Road is regularly maintained for snow. We offer contactless check in, but are always available when you need us. BBQ does need a lighter to ignite. We provide lighters below the coffee maker. In the summer we have kayaks, paddleboards, and life vests all available for use free of charge. We also have lawn games and camp chairs in the tent to the right of the lawn (facing the river). You are welcome to use the fire pit, and propane fireplace on the patio. For the fire pit please do not burn plastic as it is hard to remove after. We have firewood bundles available onsite for $5. If you'd like to purchase any let us know. Double oven has smart cooking features and air frying. I can provide the e-manual if desired. Microwave edges need to be pushed in sometimes to heat. Laundry is free to use. Please do not overload the washer or dryer as it an wear out the belts. Jet tub must be filled above top jets before turning them on to avoid water spraying. Please do not smoke or directly next to building. We have designated smoking areas with ashtrays available. Please do not open windows between the months of October-March. The extreme temperatures make the windows hard to reseal, and plumbing freezes quickly in arctic temperatures.
