However, the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. - Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. - Free parking is available across the street in the unpaved lot on a first-come, first-served basis. - A period of quiet hours spans from 10 pm to 7 am. - No parties are allowed. - Streaming is available using your own accounts. - Unauthorized events or parties are not allowed. - Fireworks are not allowed. - If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. - In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. As you may know Texas is known for its bug inhabitants. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage this, and it shouldn't pose a problem during your stay.
