However, if you would like an additional cleaning during your stay, we’ll be happy to arrange it for you. The service is available upon request at an extra cost of $70 USD per cleaning and includes fresh linens. For this reason, refunds, cancellations, or reservation modifications related to the presence of sargassum will not be applicable. Please review our essential house rules. *SAFE BOX & SECURITY* Use the safety box for valuables (passports, cash, jewelry, documents). Always lock doors and windows when leaving or sleeping. • Fine: *$50 USD* if doors are left open. Lost key replacement: *$25 USD*. We are not responsible for lost items. *CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT* • *Check-in:* 4:00 pm • *Check-out:* 11:00 am Early check-in / late check-out must be approved by concierge and may require a fee. If early check-in isn’t available, luggage may be left at the villa (not responsible for items). *VISITORS & NOISE* No parties allowed. Small gatherings require concierge approval. Max **4 visitors**. Only registered guests may stay overnight (fee applies for adding guests, within capacity). Excessive noise is prohibited at all times, especially after **10:00 pm**. Violations may lead to police intervention or eviction. *CLEANING* Daily cleaning is not included. Optional housekeeping: **$70 USD** per service. *BATHROOMS* Do *not* flush toilet paper or hygiene products—use the trash bin. Plumbing service: *$50 USD* if required. *APPLIANCE / FURNITURE DAMAGE* Report any damage immediately. Unreported damage may result in repair or replacement fees. Guests are responsible for safe behavior and any injury or damage caused. *SMOKING* No smoking indoors. Fine: *$500 USD* for cleaning/deodorizing. Outdoor ashtrays provided. Burn damage will incur charges. *POOL RULES* No diving or running. Children under 12 must be supervised. No swimming while intoxicated. Swim at your own risk (no lifeguard). Shower before entering the pool; do not throw litter. *PETS* No pets allowed. Service animals must be declared before booking and require documentation. Any damage caused will incur fees. *CHILDREN* Children are welcome but must be supervised. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by minors. *ENERGY USE* Turn off A/C, lights, fans, and electronics when not in use. Do not leave A/C running while away. *DECORATION* Our décor service includes setup and cleaning.
