Visitors are only permitted with a written request and prior authorization from our reservations team. If you’re using parking, your car will be inspected by staff. We are not responsible for damages, theft, or lost valuables. Do not move any furniture or appliances from their original place. Turn off lights, air conditioning, and electronics when not in use, and always close windows and lock the door when leaving. Be respectful when using common areas. Please follow building rules and treat other guests and staff kindly. Do not unplug electronic devices, as this may interfere with essential services or systems. Smoking, drugs, and firearms are strictly prohibited inside the property. Violations may result in penalties of up to $500 USD. No food or drinks on beds or sofas to avoid stains or damage to furniture. Do not flush hygiene products down the toilet. Use the designated trash bins. Please check thoroughly for personal belongings before check-out. We are not responsible for items lost or not placed in the safe. Report any damages, incidents, or maintenance issues immediately so we can address them promptly. Any damages, losses, or extra cleaning needs will be charged to your reservation.
