Large Air-Fryer with 3 levels and individual heating times, hot plate, all utensils, coffee maker, and basic kitchen essentials to get you started 💻 WORK & ENTERTAINMENT AMENITIES ▪️ Blazing-fast Wi-Fi for entertainment and remote productivity. 🌅 OUTDOOR BLISS ▪️ Enjoy the spacious backyard, outdoor dining, and fruit trees. 📞 LISTING INTERACTION ▪️ Owners live in the main house and are available anytime. 🏠 LISTING ACCESS ▪️ You have access to your private studio, shared driveway, EV charger, backyard, fruit trees, and outdoor dining. 🅿️ PARKING & ACCESSIBILITY ▪️ You have access to the driveway. If you have an electric vehicle, you're welcome to charge up your EV with the EV charger; it's free for overnight (11 pm - 7 am). 🗑️ LAUNDRY ▪️ Located in the bathroom. Owners need to use the laundry once a week, but can work it out with your schedule. 🚙 TRANSPORTATION ▪️ Public transportation is within a few blocks, but a car is recommended. 🛡️ SECURITY & SAFETY ▪️ 24/7 monitored security with exterior cameras. ▪️ This property is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed. 📝 IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE: ▪️ Pet lovers only! The owners in the main house have 3 lovable small dogs, but they are very friendly once they get to know you. ▪️ Filming or production work is allowed with an additional fee; ask us about it. 📌 FOR 31+ DAYS ONLY! 💭 We’re available at all times for any questions, and we look forward to hosting you! ▪️ Shoes off upon entry. ▪️ Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. - 9 a.m. ▪️ NO parties allowed. ▪️ Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person per night if not disclosed. ▪️ Smoking indoors will incur a $400 charge. ▪️ NO unplugging/tampering/covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc ($100 fee will apply). ▪️ NO unlawful use of our home (illegal activities or substances, etc. $500 fee will apply) ▪️ USE coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains. ▪️ USE trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces. ▪️ Garbage disposal: DO NOT put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal—throw them away. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up. ▪️ Well-behaved pets are welcome per our pet policy! ($100 per pet per month). ▪️ For Monthly Guests, we have a Utility Cap of $200; guests will be responsible for any overages. ▪️ Guest cannot alter the property, move furniture or appliances, remove any signage, or bring in their own furniture (incl but not limited to: rugs, chairs, artwork, etc.) ▪️ Guest must have valid working phone number, Any intent from a guest to establish tenancy, or overstay on the property longer than the agreed upon end date or without paying in advance is considered “criminal trespassing” and will be treated as such. ▪️ 3rd Party bookings are subject to additional fees.
