This studio unit features a king-sized bed, a kitchenette for meal preparation ( mini fridge, counter oven & 2 burner cooktop ) and a full bathroom with all the essentials. The layout offers a cozy and convenient space, ideal for guests seeking comfort and simplicity. When you stay with Nestaide Management, you can enjoy all the comforts of home: fresh linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, oil, salt & pepper for cooking. Don't forget we also provide coffee and tea to get your mountain adventure day started off right! PARKING There is parking available for a fee. This fee is $27.20/24 hrs per vehicle. Please note that this underground parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please also note that the parking pricing is determined by a third party, so it may be subject to change. Parking overheight Clearance is 6'9". If you require overheight parking, the front desk may direct guests to pay ti park with off-site providers, on a first-come, first-served basis. LAUNDRY There is coin operated laundry facilities in the building Guest will have access to the entire unit and to all the communal areas. Cascade Lodge has a front desk attendant 24 hours a day that is there to help you with any questions you may have during your stay. We will also be available by text, email or phone call 24/7. If you need something in person, of course we can help as well; but we like to give our guests space while on vacation. OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE: Ongoing renovation work is taking place in the building from September 7 to November 27. Construction noise may be present Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Some work may continue on Saturdays, but noise is expected to be minimal. Work may also continue after 4:00 PM on weekdays, although significant noise interruptions are not expected during those hours. No significant construction noise is expected on Sundays or holidays. This entire property is located at the 3rd floor of the building and is NON SMOKING. We provide a complimentary starter set of basic toiletries & coffee/tea. Guests will need to purchase or bring their own if they need more than what's supplied. If amenities like the pool, hot tub, sauna, or ski-in/ski-out access aren't available during your stay due to circumstances beyond our control (such as but not limited to repair, maintenance and weather conditions), we cannot be held responsible.
