The fully equipped kitchen makes home-cooked meals easy, while the private, fenced backyard with covered pergola offers a peaceful place to unwind. The home features original hardwood floors, travertine tile, granite countertops, and a cozy gas fireplace. It is professionally cleaned and disinfected between each stay. Guest Verification and Fees The booking guest must complete our guest verification form and provide a government-issued ID prior to check-in. Check-in instructions and door access will only be released once verification is completed. A $50 damage waiver applies per stay. Additional details: Pet-friendly (dogs only): $150 per stay for one dog; additional fees may apply to more than 1 dog. No cats due to severe owner allergies Reservations of 30+ nights require a signed lease agreement and security deposit, refundable per lease terms and subject to deductions for damages or excessive utilities. Same-day bookings welcome (8 AM–6 PM); refundable $200 security deposit may be required for last-minute reservations Your reservation includes a professional cleaning and fresh linen service at check-out. If you would like additional housekeeping, cleaning, or linen changes during your stay, we would be happy to arrange them based on our cleaner's availability and applicable service rates.
