Laguna Madre Bay water is directly under you *Fully equipped modern kitchen. All linens & towels provided *Walk to Pirates Landing pier to fish or at property *Perfect/ample on street parking for. truck & trailer Walk to 5 or 6 different restaurants *1 covered off street parking space / 1 space not Must read house rules prior to booking Important that you read, understand and agree to ALL house rules prior to booking. OR you can elect to change that to a refundable $500 damage deposit. Additionally, you must submit our docusign digital rental agreement prior to check in as well as a pic of your photo ID to age verify as 25+ as the primary tenant. No Pets - No Parties - No smoking is allowed at property or on decks as other bungalows exist here. * This is not optional - though we can waive it if you prefer to do a $500 refundable damage deposit. We disclose several times on listing you must read and agree to these house rules prior to booking and will not agree/accept cancels *All guests must submit an electronic rental agreement we provide to your email you an e sign from docusign. You must attach a pic of the primary guests photo ID to age verify a 25 years of age or older. There is an exceptions to this age policy but you MUST contact us PRIOR to booking as additional fees apply. it is disclosed on listing You cannot be the primary tenant if you are not 25 years of age without contact first *If you have small children, take note this property is WATERFRONT and while the decks have railings, we agree to no liability whatsoever if you fail to watch your children. Please be careful. *No smoking in space nor outside on balconies nor in front of front door. There are other bungalows here and other guests *Pets are not/never allowed. You will be evicted with no refund and billed $250 for excessive cleaning if a pet of any kind is found at premise *Max 2 vehicles off the street parking is provided - 1 car port space labeled and 1 surface space. If you take up others space, you will be towed and incur a $325 fee to the towing company per the HOA of this property. In front of building on City Street parking is free - though we guarantee no reserved spaces it is usually very open for even a truck and boat/trailer *No parties nor loud noises are EVER allowed. "Get together" "Bbqs" family gatherings etc are never allowed. A max of 8 "beating hearts" ie people may stay at this property. If more are discovered, we police evict with no refunds Property quiet time is 10 pm to 8 am. If this is not followed the HOA requires eviction. This is a quiet place not a party spot. While fishing from the deck is allowed - we make no claims of how good the fishing will be :) - it is hit and miss as bay fishing always is.
