Nestled within the peaceful grounds of the owners’ residence, the cottages offer a mix of space, comfort – all within easy reach of the South Downs, Arundel, and the Sussex coastline. Together, they sleep up to ten guests across five bedrooms, with a combination of king-sized and single beds to suit families and mixed groups. The property is part of our brand, The Butler Collection, which includes our bespoke concierge service, designed to enhance your holiday experience by taking care of every detail for you. From restaurant reservations, private chefs, mixologists, or another bespoke activity, we are here to ensure your stay is memorable. Your concierge manager will be in touch after you book to find out more about your stay, and if there is anything we can do to help. Access to the property is via a smartlock system, giving convenience to arrive whenever suits you. Instructions will be sent 48 hours prior to your stay. Train: The closest station is Arundel with direct services from London Victoria, Gatwick Airport, and other locations. Once you arrive in Arundel, you will need to use local bus services or other modes of transportation to reach the property. Bus: There are bus services connecting you to nearby towns and villages, the number 9 bus has stops along the road outside. Car: If you have access to a car, you can drive to Lyminster and then use the free parking onsite. We will be available to assist throughout your stay but we do not live on site at the property.
