Set within the grounds of the owners’ residence, the property is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and convenience in a light, airy space that feels instantly welcoming. The property is part of our brand, The Butler Collection, which includes our bespoke concierge service, designed to enhance your holiday experience by taking care of every detail for you. From restaurant reservations, private chefs, mixologists, or another bespoke activity, we are here to ensure your stay is memorable. Please note: This property is one of three cottages in the same area, tucked behind the owners residence. The driveway to the cottages is shared so you may see other guests while at the property. Access to the property is via a smartlock system, giving convenience to arrive whenever suits you. Instructions will be sent 48 hours prior to your stay. Train: The closest station is Arundel with direct services from London Victoria, Gatwick Airport, and other locations. Once you arrive in Arundel, you will need to use local bus services or other modes of transportation to reach the property. Bus: There are bus services connecting you to nearby towns and villages, the number 9 bus has stops along the road outside. Car: If you have access to a car, you can drive to Lyminster and then use the free parking onsite. We will be available to assist throughout your stay but we do not live on site at the property. Being only a short drive from both the South Downs National Park and the West Sussex Coast, Lyminster makes an ideal base for exploring both, as well as nearby attractions such as Arundel Castle and the bustling seaside town of Littlehampton. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable king-sized bed, a modern shower room, and a handy kitchenette equipped with the essentials for preparing light meals. The open-plan layout makes the most of the space, creating a cosy yet uncluttered feel – ideal for unwinding with a book, enjoying a leisurely breakfast, or planning your day’s adventures.
