One room has double bed and the other, two single beds The space In 2002 we finished rehabilitating this beautiful house, which enjoys great spaciousness in all rooms. Like our other homes, it has large stone walls, Arabic tiled ceilings and large windows. Many of the furniture has been restored by local master carpenters, and is decorated with old tools used in the countryside, adding another rustic touch. Ideal house for families or couples, with a spectacular terrace surrounding the entire house. The Pozuelo II has a spacious living room presided over by a fireplace. The kitchen comes with all kinds of utensils. One of the bedrooms features a queen-size bed and the second has two single beds. The bathroom has rustic faucet and a beautiful tiled. This house is surrounded by a great diversity of trees, highlighting the cork oaks, chestnut trees and olive trees. Its location is perfect for going for a walk both to Jabugo, which is about 700 meters, as well as to other nearby towns (Galaroza, Fuenteheridos, Castaño del Robledo, Santa Ana la Real...) through different trails that border the farm, all of them recommended by the Andalusian Hiking Federation. Guest access The house has, in the summer months, a wonderful (shared) large pool, where you can enjoy and relax, since under no circumstances are parties allowed. It also has nice hammocks for everyone. And all of this makes the rest and disconnection of the day to day absolute! Other things to note Pets are welcome, but we leave them the different rules they should follow if they come with any pets: The person making the rental will take care of any damage caused both inside and outside the house. In no case will they be able to leave their animal only outside the house and as long as they are loose, they must be monitored by the owner to avoid any damage. In addition, in the evening, we let our Mastiffs free to protect the cattle. Please prevent animals from climbing on couches, beds... And of course they don't bite the furniture (some are over 150 years old). We have been renting the houses for 30 years and it has happened to us almost everything, so we have had to put certain rules for a perfect coexistence between the pets of our clients and our animals. Please also remember that if they come with pets we charge 20€ per stay and a maximum of 2 pets is allowed. On the other hand THERE IS also TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT: It is totally forbidden to take sticks of the estate for the fireplace, they are of chestnut and can cause an accident.
