House Rules: • Guest must complete pre-arrival ID verification including damage protection selection via our digital guest portal • No parties, pre-games, or events. Visitors are limited to one to two close friends or family members. • DC Noise Ordinance: Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM Monday to Sunday. It's the law! • Speakers are prohibited from being used to play loud music at any time, including outdoors. • Shoes are not permitted inside the house. • Indoor smoking is prohibited; a fine of $300 per night will be imposed. • Additional overnight guests beyond the reservation will incur a fee of $30 per person per night. • Unauthorized late checkouts past 11:00 AM will incur a fee of $100 per extra hour to cover the cost of cleaning delay. • Any mess left behind that requires a deep cleaning will result in a fee of $200 to cover the cost of additional cleaning.
